As a special edition of the Perceptions of Color series, the Garland County Library will livestream the 25th Annual Hot Springs NAACP #6013 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, January 14th @ 8:30am. The event will be hosted in-person at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This year’s theme is “If I Can Help Somebody…Together We Can Be THE Dream.” Mr. Charles O. Stewart, Co-Founder of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame, will give our keynote address. Among numerous accolades he is the recipient of the NAACP Black Corporate Executive Award as well as the National Conference for Community and Justice Humanitarian Award.
