Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Tournament (for Adults!)

Rules (Point Accumulation, Swiss Style Bracket)

* 1st place will receive a $75 gift card, 2nd place will receive a $50 gift card, 3rd place will receive a $25 gift card, and 4th place will receive a $15 gift card.
* All characters and all kart combinations are allowed.
* All items are on.
* No COM.
* Auto assistance tools like auto-accelerate must be turned off.
* Players must bring their own Nintendo Switch-compatible controller.

Every player will compete in six rounds, in a Swiss-style point accumulation tourney.
1st place – 15 points, 2nd place –12 points, 3rd place – 9 points, 4th place – 5 points.

Round 1 – Mute City, 150cc
Round 2 – Donut Plains 3 (SNES), 150cc
Round 3 – Mario Circuit 3 (SNES), 150cc
Round 4 – Big Blue, 150cc
Round 5 – Bowser Castle 3 (SNES), 150cc
Round 6 – Rainbow Road (SNES), 150cc

After all six rounds, the 4 players with the most points go to the Finals. A tiebreaker race to determine top 4 will be held if necessary.
These 4 players will compete in 4 races together, adding more points to their existing total.
