Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Garland County Library are thrilled to announce their partnership on the much-anticipated Book Trail exhibit, set to delight families from May 18-June 1, 2024.

Nestled within the verdant expanse of Garvan Woodland Gardens, the Book Trail will wind its way down to the Evans Children’s Adventure Garden, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in a world of imagination and discovery.  Through strategically placed displays, families will encounter beloved literary characters, inspiring quotes, and interactive elements in the Children’s Garden to spark creativity and engagement.

To encourage visitors and celebrate the Book Trail exhibit, the Gardens is offering exclusive promotions for Garland County Library card holders during the display period:

• Free Admission on Tuesdays:  All cardholders will enjoy complimentary entry to Garvan Woodland Gardens on Tuesday throughout the exhibit period.
• Weekend Discounts:  On Saturdays and Sundays, children ages 12 and under will receive free admission, while adults can enjoy discounted entry at $10 per person.
• Membership Special:  Garland County Library card holders purchasing a single or dual membership during the display period will receive a complimentary children’s membership (value $25), extending the benefits of membership to the entire family.

The Book Trail event will culminate with a block party in the Evans Children’s Adventure Garden at Garvan on June 1^st.  The innovative collaboration aims to blend the joys of literature with the beauty of nature, offering an enriching experience for visitors of all ages.

To take advantage of these promotions, visitors must present a valid Garland County Library card at the admissions check-in upon arriving to the Gardens.  All guests, including children, must have a valid GC Library card to receive the benefits.
