Breathwork Storytime

Join in for this interactive story about the ocean. We take deep breaths, hold, and slowly release as we follow along and imagine an ocean adventure. A playful way to incorporate breathing techniques and literacy. Appropriate for ages 8 and under.

Registration is required is and will begin on May 15th at 9:00 a.m. Please register each child individually.
