What: Guitar Class (for Adults!)
When: 8-week Sunday Afternoon Class starting 9/10 @ 1:30pm
Where: Garland County Library
Who: Ages 18+

Hot Springs guitar teacher and songwriter Tommy Stanco will lead this 8-week course on Sunday afternoons starting 9/10. This course is good for first timers or someone wanting to get back into it. Introduction to chords, beginning note-reading, importance of melody, advice for different styles of music, and other basics will be taught. The first lesson will concentrate on finger-style play, but students may bring a pick if they prefer to use that.
-Students must bring their own nylon-string classical guitar or steel-string acoustic guitar.
-Students will be provided with a complimentary guitar instruction book.

-Students are encouraged to download one of the many free guitar-tuning apps to their phone.
