The Hot Springs Police Department will return to highlight the facts of some local cold cases, as well as give insight into their investigation techniques. (Only publicly-revealed information will be discussed).
This program is part of the Hot Springs/Cold Blood True Crime Festival, which takes place on Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 4th at the Garland County Library. Events include:
