Come to the library to join in on this eco-conscious craft to turn a two liter plastic bottle into an adorable anime critter planter.

This program will take place in person at the library. Due to social distancing restrictions, only program participants will be allowed in the programming room. Masks are encouraged. All programs are subject to at any time.
