Join Angelina Boiles, owner of Garden of Love, who will be speaking on medicinal & culinary mushrooms. She will provide details on mushroom identification, healing benefits and cooking with a variety of mushrooms. The selections of mushrooms that will be included are Lion’s mane, Oyster, Shiitake, King Trumpet, Chestnut and Enoki mushrooms.
