Senior Fitness: Tai Chi for Arthritis and Ageless Grace

Tai Chi for Arthritis is an enjoyable exercise that can relieve your pain and improve your health and ability to do daily activities. Tai Chi consists of slow, continuous whole-body movements, strung together in one form.

Ageless Grace is a cutting-edge brain fitness program, based on neuroplasticity, that activates all 5 functions of the brain: strategic planning, memory/recall, analytical thinking, creativity/imagination, and kinesthetic learning. It  simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function.
