The Garland County Library and the Hot Springs Civitan Club invite the public to learn about the issues appearing on the 2024 General Election Ballot. A neutral presentation of the U of A Public Policy Center’s research will be given by Cooperative Extension Agent Alison Crane. The Public Policy Center exists to provide Arkansans with research-based information and education about public issues. Public issues are defined as pressing and emerging issues that involve multiple points of view and have widespread consequences.
