(VIRTUAL) Hot Springs Cuisines: Behind the Scenes (Episode I: Will’s Cinnamon Shop)

Join us for a behind the scenes look at popular local restaurants, as we follow some of Hot Springs’ chefs, cooks, bakers, and restauranteurs around in their restaurant to tour their food and routines.

This first episode focuses on Will’s Cinnamon Shop, located at 1001 Central Avenue in Hot Springs. According to their website they are best known for “Homemade, totally from scratch cinnamon rolls! We offer a variety of other cinnamon goodies as well as Loblolly ice cream!” They also serve coffee and tea, sandwiches, and other baked goods and beverages.

Their website gives a look into their baking philosophy: “We had a simple mindset when we opened this business; do one thing, and do it better than anyone. We started out wanting to make the best cinnamon roll we had ever had. We believe the way to make that happen is with quality ingredients and a dedication to hand-made totally from scratch baked goods. Everything we bake is made from scratch, in-house, no mixes, no shortcuts, just quality you can taste. ”
