(VIRTUAL) Tenant Rights and Laws in Arkansas

The Center for Arkansas Legal Services will talk about tenants’ rights and responsibilities in Arkansas. Topics will include how to access free legal aid, repairs and habitability issues, fair housing, evictions, rental assistance, and special issues related to evictions during COVID-19.
Ryan Hill is a Staff Attorney in the Hot Springs office of the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. His work focuses on housing and family law. Ryan has a Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law.
Kendall Lewellen manages the housing law advocacy of the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She is also the Managing Attorney of the Center’s Fort Smith and Russellville offices. She is a Commissioner of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission. Kendall has a Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law.
