What: Halloween Costume Closet When: 10/1/2022-10/31/2022 (or as long as costumes last) Where: Garland County Library Who: Ages 18 & under Children and teens ages 18 and under are invited to visit our costume closet to choose a Halloween costume. Costumes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No library card required.
