In this 2 hour guided painting session, Shirley will be presenting techniques to create depth in pastel landscapes emphasizing the vibrant nature of soft pastels. Students will provide their own materials. Here is a link to the supply list.
Your instructor, Shirley Anderson, is a Signature Member of the Arkansas Pastel Society, the Pastel Society of the Southwest, and the Pastel Society of the West Coast. She was recently awarded the Master Circle Award for pastel excellence by the International Association of Pastel Societies and was included in the Arkansas Committee National Museum of Women in the Arts 2023-3024 Juried Artists Registry.
