Thriving Thursdays are about learning something new and useful to help you thrive and finding community to help you do it. Join Alison Crane, FCS Agent for the Garland County Extension Service, and the Garland County EHC as they share free, one hour programs about topics of relevance for today’s adults. Each session will be hosted by Extension Homemakers and participants will have an opportunity to learn about what’s happening in Garland County and how they can get involved.

February 23 – Learning About Depression and Anxiety

March 9 – Spring Cleaning – Clean & Green

March 30 – Cooking for One or Two
