This program spotlights African-American bathhouse employees–ordinary men and women who participated in extraordinary moments in American history. HSNP Ranger Dr. Dan Chmill chronicles a few of their amazing stories, stories uncovered this year by staff members at Hot Springs National Park.

This program will teach about one of Arkansas’ State Parks in Mountain View including its beginning, history, culture, and upcoming events, highlighting the Heritage Herb Garden and its impact on preservation of the Ozark way of life.
